We are education catering specialists, meaning that we focus solely on primary, secondary, academy and college clients.
Healthy eating is at the very heart of our approach to food. We wholeheartedly encourage balanced diets within our dining rooms and significantly invest in training our teams. Our policy of purchasing a range of seasonal produce from local and regional suppliers enables us to deliver exceptional value. We are committed to using a range of locally sourced and seasonal ingredients with assured provenance.
We are proud of our food heritage, which demonstrates our commitment to traceability of the meals we serve.
Our main meals are freshly prepared and made with Red Tractor/Farm Assured fresh meat where appropriate. An external body to ensure they comply with our high standards and statutory obligations audits our suppliers.
We are committed to using sourcing ingredients with assured provenance from local and regional suppliers. We use produce with high standards of animal welfare – for example, Free Range Eggs, fish that complies with Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) standards and a range of fair trade produce.
We Prefer Local
Working closely with our suppliers enables us to deliver a fantastic, high quality food service but also helps to deliver great value, reduce energy usage and transport costs and where practical, sustain the local supply chain.
The British countryside and its farmers and growers need our support and we’re more than happy to give it.
Our menus are nutritionally balanced, full of local flavours and tailored to suit your school.
They not only meet, but exceed government guidelines. Whether it’s lunch for the pupils, inset days for the teachers or parents’ evenings, we have lots of fresh ideas. Whatever your requirements we are able to offer a service that suits you.

We have implemented our own Fresh Food Policy throughout our business, which sets out our expectations and minimum requirements to meet the daily nutritional needs of the students, and staff for whom we cater. We are proud to have gained professional recognition for the success of our Fresh Food Policy, including the Soil Association’s Food For Life Served Here at both “Silver” &”Gold” levels and Compassion in World Farming’s “Good Egg” Award.
